Acting on behalf of HJS Developments, OKT have let Unit 53 / 54 Kennedy Centre to Costa Coffee.The letting further adds to the growing food and beverage offer at the Kennedy Centre.The store opening forms part of three new openings in Northern Ireland for Costa with other acquisitions at Lisburn Leisure Plex and Holywood Exchange, creating 40 new jobs in the Province.
