Eastpoint Entertainment Village on the Dundonald Road, Belfast, has been acquired by OKT on behalf of Omniplex Cinemas for £2M, reflecting a net initial yield of 14%.The 50,000 sq ft leisure scheme occupies a prominent position in the east of the city, adjacent David Lloyd Racket Club and Dundonald Ice Bowl, attracting over 500,000 people a year.
