Acting on behalf of Cavanagh Kelly, OKT have sold the former Woodsides Department Store in Ballyclare to TJ Morris Ltd, t/a Home Bargains.The acquisition will provide Home bargains with 20,000 sq ft of retail space adjacent to Asda.
