On Thursday 29th January, the RICS Matrics held their 2015 Auction Competition in Belvoir Park Golf Club.
The competitors each had two imaginary lots to auction off while fielding awkward questions from the floor as well as keeping track of the bids.
OKT are delighted that Matthew Turtle repeated his father Brian’s success some 30 years previously, by winning the Novice category and proving that Auctioneering is in the Turtle blood!
Matthew will go on to represent Northern Ireland at the London finals in March.
