New letting to Games Workshop

Acting on behalf of a private client, OKT have secured a letting to Games Workshop at 13 Wellington Place, Belfast.

The new store, relocating from Castle Court Shopping Centre, is now open and trading.

The transaction follows on from the adjacent letting to the Man Shack earlier in the year with the development now fully let.
