Acting on behalf of McDonalds Restaurants Ltd, OKT have secured the sub–letting of their existing lease at 46a Circular Road, Larne to Vets4Pets.
The transaction has seen a substantial investment from both parties, enabling extensive refurbishment of the property both internally and externally in converting the accommodation into a state of the art veterinary surgery.The letting has served to inject a new lease of life into the vicinity adjacent to Larne’s police and train stations and suitably compliments the Laharna Retail Park complex located directly opposite.
