OKT are pleased to announce the recent sale of the former central services depot at Ballyearl to Ashers Baking Company Limited

The sale was handled by Alan McKinstry on the instructions of Antrim & Newtownabbey Borough Council and the interest shown in the property has highlighted the continued demand and activity in the industrial and logistics markets.
